FORMA is a strategic advisory firm focused on organisational performance architecture — designing how organisations actually work so strategy can translate into results.
FORMA works with organisations and leaders navigating growth, complexity, transformation and strategic change. We design the systems, structures and decision architecture that help strategy translate into sustained performance.
Our work sits at the intersection of organisational design, leadership clarity and execution discipline — helping businesses strengthen alignment, improve operating coherence and build for the next phase with greater confidence.
The Founder
Eunéne Levine is a senior executive and advisor with deep experience across strategy, organisational design, leadership development, and executive support. She has worked inside complex organisations and ecosystems — and now advises leaders facing the realities of scale, change, transition, and execution.
Her work also includes structured leadership development and mentoring for executives, managers, and emerging leaders who need clearer thinking, stronger judgement, and greater effectiveness in context.
Her work is characterised by clear thinking, commercial grounding, and a focus on what actually works in practice — not what looks good in a presentation.
FORMA reflects this approach: senior, focused, and designed to step back once the system is functioning without her.
Areas of Expertise
Our Philosophy
In organisations, form is structure, governance, and design. Meaning is strategy, purpose, and ambition.
When form and meaning are misaligned, strategy stalls. When they're aligned, execution becomes inevitable.
FORMA exists to bring them back into alignment — so strategy can move from intention to execution, and leadership effort translates into real outcomes.
How We Work
FORMA does not operate on hourly consulting models, provide junior delivery leverage, or run generic facilitation programmes. Every engagement is time-bound, outcome-driven, and grounded in the operating reality of the organisation.
We work closely with leadership teams — and step back once clarity is established and the system is functioning without us. The goal is never dependency. It is capability.
